“Once Ukraine was a donor of humanitarian aid, and now it’s the recipient. One has to accept a new agenda of humanitarian measures and react to humanitarian challenges. Sufferings of millions of people only make us more committed to fulfilling the humanitarian agenda in the interest of humankind”, Poroshenko said.
