President Petro Poroshenko considers it possible to begin negotiations with Russia only after the return of the occupied territories of Crimea and Donbas. He stated this during his speech at the Ukrainian lunch, which was held in Munich in the framework of the conference on security. The broadcast was conducted by the 112 Ukraine TV channel.
"The next day, when the Russians take their soldiers from the Ukrainian territory, the next day, when we restore the territorial integrity of the country, inclusive with Crimea, we will be ready to begin negotiations (with Russia - Ed.) on various other issues," he said.
The President also stressed that there is no "internal conflict" in Ukraine, but there is aggression from the Russian side, with regular troops, the annexation of Crimea, etc.
Let's note, according to Poroshenko, from the beginning of 2018. 21 Ukrainian servicemen were killed, 19 more were injured in Donbas.
