Ex-president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko ignored again the questioning at the State Investigation Bureau (SIB) on September 6 as SIB Head Roman Truba reported on Telegram.
“As it was supposed, the fifth president of Ukraine ignored again the questioning at SIB. By the way, it became easier to file the summons, we did it through the Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,” Truba said.
Bureau head specified that today the SIB investigators wanted to receive the testimony of Poroshenko in the criminal proceeding on the possible intervention in the activity of the judges of District Administrative Court of Kyiv.
“The avoiding of the questioning with the use of dubious reason is not really efficient scenario for a person who has nothing to conceal and has something to say in his own defence,” Truba said.
According to him, the ex-president will be forced to come for the questionings, if not now then from January 2020.
On September 3, ex-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko did not show up for the questioning at the State Investigation Bureau (SIB). Lawyer of politician Ihor Holovan explained the reason for the non-appearance of his client – he is the MP of Ukraine now and works in the session hall.
