President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that he did not have the goal to become the head of state. This guarantor said this in Kharkiv at the meeting with the faculty of the National University of Law named after Yaroslav the Wise, young scientists and talented young people, reports the President’s press service.

During the meeting the Kharkiv school student Georgiy Artsibashev asked the President if he can become the head of the Ukrainian state once if he continues to study hard and to win in various competitions. Last year, the boy was the third in the International Championship of the solving logic of mathematical problems, which took place in Paris.

"I can say that you have a better chance, because I did not have a medal in Paris, but I am not sure if you set a goal correctly. I can tell you that I had no goal of becoming president", said Poroshenko.

Poroshenko stressed that he made every possible effort to make Ukraine better.

The President noted that if Georgiy think on what can benefit Ukraine, his knowledge and efforts will not go unnoticed. "And when you become an adult, and you will still have the desire to become the president of Ukraine, I am sure that you can do it", concluded Petro Poroshenko.
