Answering the question whether Poroshenko is considering becoming a prime minister, the fifth president gave the affirmative statement.
“If we win the election, then yes,” he said.
At the same time, Poroshenko did not answer, "whether he will become the MP after the elections, or will he lay down his mandate."
“I firmly believe that as the leader of the party I bear full responsibility for the actions of the party and for the actions of the faction,” said Poroshenko.
We recall that today Poroshenko named the top ten from the European Solidarity party list in the elections to the Verkhovna Rada.
After the ex-president, the next members of the list are the first Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Iryna Gerashchenko, Mykhailo Zabrodskyi, the commander of the Ukrainian Airmobile Forces, a lieutenant general, and singer and volunteer Sofiya Fedyna.
Candidate Mustafa Dzhemilev, the Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People and the MP of Ukraine, was also represented at the session of the party.
The top ten also included Mustafa Dzhemilev, Commander of the Hospitallers medical battalion Yana Zinkevych, Head of the Lviv Regional State Administration Oleg Syniutka, Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Ahtem Çiygoz, and the Vice-Prime-Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze.
All the candidates should be approved at the session of the party.
