President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko during a telephone conversation with President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko discussed trade-economic and political issues of cooperation between the two countries. This was reported by the press service of Ukrainian presidential administration.
"Both presidents noted the positive developments in the trade and economic cooperation and the growth of trade turnover between the two countries", press-service reported.
It is also noted that Poroshenko and Lukashenko hailed the positive results of the intergovernmental Belarusian-Ukrainian commission on trade-economic cooperation, the meeting of which was held in Minsk on 10 November.
In addition, the heads of states discussed the issue of Belarusian-Ukrainian cooperation in the UN and other international organizations.
"Presidents agreed to intensify the political dialogue at all levels", - added the press service.
