The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine creates a club of chief diplomats. Talented chefs were invited to participate. First Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Emine Dzhaparova spoke about this on Facebook.
The goal of the club is to popularize Ukrainian cuisine as a cultural heritage and part of the UNESCO intangible cultural heritage, to promote Ukraine as an attractive gastronomic country, to stimulate the development of trade and ethnoastronomy tourism, to increase the presence of Ukrainian gastronomic products at key international events, official events and receptions in Ukraine and abroad.
“We know that Ukrainian cuisine is a pearl of the European and world culinary tradition. Together we can convince the world of this,” said the representative of the Foreign Ministry.
The conditions for participation as part of the Ukrainian delegation in gastro festivals and other events are Ukrainian citizenship, training in leading Ukrainian and international culinary schools, professional recognition in Ukraine or abroad, language skills and еру audience in social networks.
