Andrzej Duda, the President of Poland will not visit Russia for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Krzysztof Szczerski, the Head of the Office of the President of the Republic of Poland claimed this at the broadcasting of RMF 24.

'It is also important information – yesterday the president made a decision to not participate as the representative of Poland at the FIFA World Cup in Russia', he noted.

The humanitarian and human rights organizations that work in Syria urge to boycott 2018 FIFA World Cup. Moreover, Foreign Minister Boris Johnson added that the leading Russian officials and members of the royal family are not going to visit Russia for FIFA World Cup matches. Johnson also said that the government considers the option to ban the national football team from the competition.
