Jacek Czaputowicz, the new Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland claimed about serious personnel changes in the foreign ministry, particularly, all workers with the diplomas of the Russian universities will be dismissed as RMF. FM reported.
The new foreign minister holds the essentially another policy than his predecessor Witold Waszczykowski. At the same time, one of the main reasons for the resign of Waszczykowski was his unwillingness to change the personnel policy in the foreign ministry. The former minister stood against the dismissal and hiring of new workers without diplomatic experience.
Particularly, Czaputowicz will dismiss all 'old' workers, mostly the graduates of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and he will hire new diplomats even with lower qualification.
When Czaputowicz was deputy foreign minister he leveled down standards of the last competeition for the diplomatic and consular service and dismissed Artur Garazim, the Director of Diplomatic Academy.
As we reported Andrzej Duda, the President of Poland presented the new ministers in the government - those recommended by Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. Particularly, Jacek Czaputowicz replaced Witold Waszczykowski as Foreign Minister.
