Foreign Minister of Poland Jacek Czaputowicz has offered to appoint the Ambassador of UN Secretary-General for Ukraine, as Handelsblatt reported.

Germany and France, possibly, think that they represent Europe, but according to us, that is not true,” Czaputowicz claimed.
