Foreign Minister of Poland Jacek Czaputowicz expects the abolishing of the moratorium on the search and exhumation works at the territory of Ukraine as Rzeczpospolita reported.

“In this regard, we got some positive signals. We would like to renew the dialogue on historical issues,” Czaputowicz said.

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky will visit Poland on September 1.

Earlier it was reported that Zelensky accepted the invitation of Polish President Andrzej Duda. He plans to visit Poland in September.

We recall, another round of aggravation of relations between countries occurred after Ukraine abolished the permission of the Polish National Memory Institute to conduct search and exhumation of Poles buried in Ukraine. This happened after the monument of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army in Grushovici (Poland) was demolished in April. After that, the parties usually exchanged mutual accusations.
