Policemen of Hamburg used water cannons to intimidate and disperse the protesting crowd that demands global policy changes in the view of the G20 summit

The eyewitnesses use social media to upload videos from the scene.


According to Reuters, the protesters hold their lines in various districts of the city; police and army vehicles and water cannons are observed in the downtown.

Der Spiegel added that the German army deployed the radar to jam any unarmed drones that could be launched by the protesting activists.

As is known, thousands of civilian protesters arrived in Hamburg for the period of G20 summit; they already had a lot of clashes with the police. Dozens of law enforcers have been injured, and a number of protesters were detained.
