Poland extradited Benjamin Fischer, an Austrian who is suspected in crimes commission in Donbas, to Austria. Also, he deserted from Ukrainian Army Forces. Dariush Abramovich, the press secretary of the District Court of Lublin reported this to TASS.

‘On Monday an arrested Fischer was extradited to Austria from Warsaw airport Okecie’, he said that this decision was made earlier by the court.

The Polish Border Guards reported about the detention of the Austrian on April 28, when he tried to entrer Ukraine.

Later the Austrian Prosecutor’s Office claimed that the detained Austrian was a soldier of the Ukrainian Army Forces in Donbas.
