The Polish Border Guard announced a decrease in the number of attempts to break through the border by migrants. The department announced this on Twitter.

"Yesterday there were several attempts to cross the border by force. The largest group consisted of about 200 foreigners, the other - 10 people. Foreigners behaved aggressively: they threw stones, firecrackers, and used tear gas," the message says.

On Friday, 195 attempts of illegal border crossing were recorded, while on Thursday there were 250, and on Wednesday - 501.

In addition, nine alleged smugglers were arrested in the border area, organizing the illegal transfer of migrants to EU countries. Among the detainees were four Poles, two Ukrainians, a German, an Azeri and a Georgian. In total, they transported 34 migrants.

On November 8, a large number of migrants were seen at the Polish-Belarusian border. Because of this, the Polish government sent large numbers of troops to the border. Soon, the Belarusian security forces tried to push 35 people to the Polish border, and on November 13 they intended to break through the fence on the border with Poland with the help of an official car.

Later, illegal immigrants began to storm the Polish border in the Podlaskie Voivodeship area. Migrants threw stones at border guards, but failed to cross the border.
