Political party of Petro Poroshenko "Solidarity "declared their victory in today's local elections, which took place in 201 united territorial communities, the party's press service reports.

Thus, according to the results of the exit polls conducted by the party headquarters, more than 40 percent of the winners in the local chairmanship are party members or candidates supported by this political force. "No other political force is approaching this result," the report said.

In particular, according to the party, the biggest support of the candidate from the Petro Poroshenko's Bloc was received in Kharkiv, Vinnytsia and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

It is noted that now there is a parallel counting of votes in rural and settlement districts, where the chairmen and deputies were elected by majority system, as well as in urban districts, where deputies are elected according to the proportional system.
