“You know there is no proper dialogue with the Ukrainian government; and in case with Georgia, there’s no dialogue with their political leaders at all”, Dmitry Peskov said as quoted by TASS.
The spokesman underlined that Russia “has never initiated any of the negative processes in bilateral relations, and it has always maintained good relations with the neighbors”. “The President repeatedly said that the crisis relationships at the interstate level have absolutely no impact on friendly feelings towards nations of the neighboring countries – Georgia, Ukraine, and others. That’s why the President addressed the friendly nations, not the governments”, Peskov explained.
