Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson of the Russian president thinks that the Russians included in the ‘Kremlin report’ are de-facto called the enemies of the US as Interfax-Russia reported.

‘If you read the text and the title of this document you will see that it was made in the corresponds with the bill ‘On Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions’, Peskov said.

He supposed that the issues on the ‘Kremlin report’ will be submitted to Vladimir Putin at the meeting with the authorized representative on January 30.

At the same time, Peskov is indifferent to the fact that he is also included in this list.

‘Taking about my surname, there are the surnames of everyone. It is not an issue to discuss’, he said.

RBK reported that Leonid Slutsky, the Head of Foreign Affairs Committee of the State Duma claimed that the ‘Kremlin report’ disrupts the possibility to build a dialogue between Russia and the US.

‘According to this logic, the whole Russian government, Administration of the Russian president, heads of both chambers of the parliament and the heads of the state companies are directly called the enemies of the US’.

According to Slutsky, this document completely violates all principals of the inter-state cooperation.

As we reported the ‘Kremlin report’ was presented in the US Congress on January 29. It contains 210 names close to Putin’s government. The US State Treasury presented only nonclassified part of the report. Particularly, the list includes all ministers of the Russian government, heads of the presidential administration, heads of both chambers of the parliament, mayor of Moscow and governor of St. Petersburg, leading businessmen and heads of the state companies.

The so-called ‘list of the oligarchs’ was made due to the bill ‘On Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions’. It was adopted by the US in summer 2017 as the response to the accusations of Russia toward the interference in the American election. The US and the EU imposed the sanctions against Russia due to the annexation of Crimea in 2014. Later the sanctions were extended a few times.
