People who could not pass across Novotroitske checkpoint are still staying next to it. A local humanitarian centre reported that as quoted by Novosti Donbassa.
The local authorities and international humanitarian situations are already aware of this situation.
On Monday, 13 people could not cross the checkpoint and get to Donetsk, as they didn't have their names on the lists of the "HQ" of Russian militants. Civilians had to spend the night there.
At the same time, State Border Guard of Ukraine said they were not aware of the said lists of the self-styled "people's republic", and they did not know who could or could not be let outside. Ukraine's Border Guards warn that any citizen can face restrictions imposed by the militants.
On July 13, pro-Kremlin mercenaries stopped bocking the work of Olenivka checkpoint, which is connected with Novotroitske by a roadway. One can only leave Donetsk if he/she is registered on the territory controlled by Ukraine; meanwhile, the only way to enter Donetsk is to get one's name on the list of the "people's republic"'s HQ on coronavirus.
