The Parliament Committee on Law Enforcement has decided to recommend the parliamentarians to consider a draft resolution on a vote of no confidence to Prosecutor General of Ukraine Ruslan Ryaboshapka. Denys Monastyrsky, the chairman of the Committee said so.
"The offer appeared so that the Verkhovna Rada will be recommended (...) to define and vote on accepting or declining the Verkhovna Rada draft decree on the vote of no confidence to Prosecutor General Ryaboshapka", he claimed.
Members of the Committee supported the offer with the majority of votes.
As of 4 p.m., the extraordinary session of the Parliament began in Kyiv. The MPs will be considering changes in the Cabinet's composition.
Currently, the draft document on Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk's removal from the office is already registered in the Parliament. The MPs are supposed to look into it, too.
