The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the country's parliament has approved the draft law on the big coat of arms of Ukraine.

Underneath the shield, there is a band of two equigraphic horizontal strips of blue and yellow colors. Underneath the band, there are two golden pieces of wheat, intertwined with the fascicle of arrowwood with leaves of purple and gold.
The lion and the Cossack warrior are depicted in gold color with elements of purple.
