The law qualifies the fee for certification of the electricity and gas transportation system’s operators (made due to the establishment of the electricity market), impayments to the regulation made by energy and utility companies as state budget revenues.
The revenues of the state budget are expected to increase by nearly 3,7 million dollars due to the licensing fees for grain distillate, bioethanol, and fuel.
Revenues of the budget’s special fund and in-house revenues of the state institutions, which were not used during this year, are planned to be used for their designated purpose.
