Pakistan, India resume military activity in Kashmir after two-day ceasefire

The hostilities between India and Pakistan resumed, as the two-days-long ceasefire is over. Times of India reported that with the reference to the Indian defense ministry.

The authority states that the night-time attack launched by the Pakistani side lasted for more than three hours; it involved mortar and small arms fire. In turn, the Indian army opened fire, too.

As of Monday noon, there has been no information on any casualties.

The hostilities between India and Pakistan intensified on February 28, after Pakistani troops shot down two planes of the Indian Air Force, as the aircraft entered the Pakistani airspace.  

The Ukrainian Embassy in India urged the citizens not to travel to the dangerous districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
