PACE voted for the resolution dedicated to the humanitarian consequences of hostilities in the eastern Ukraine. MPs supported the document that includes the amendment, submitted by Ukraine; it defines Russia as the aggressor country and puts Donbas as the occupied territory. The document mentions the recently approved law about re-integration of Donbas.

The bill recommends an immediate release of hostages and unacceptability of violation of their rights.
