The explosions of stun grenades took place during the protests

In Belarus, 523 people were detained during the protests on October 23, as the Interior Ministry of Belarus reported.

“Totally, 523 people (160 in Minsk) were detained for violation of the legislation about the mass events,” the message.

On October 25, the explosions of the stun grenades in Minsk were reported. It was noted that the grenade exploded at the feet of a young girl. She stood in smoke and later ran with the crowd.

The law enforcers used riot control weapons. The windows crashed in the entrance hall near which the stun grenade exploded.

Earlier, leader of Belarusian opposition Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya issued an ultimatum to Alexander Lukashenko and threatened him with a national strike. Three demands were provided to the president and 13 days for their fulfillment. Later, Tsikhanouskaya urged the Belarusians to hold a national strike on October 26.

As we reported earlier, British streaming portal Netflix is filming a documentary about the political protests in the Republic of Belarus, which began after the presidential elections on August 9 and continue to this day.
