The all-European system of Covid certificates is supposed to start working to full extent by July 1. Currently, these documents are issued in seven countries.
"In order to speed up the procedure, we should be issuing as many certificates as possible in all EU countries - so that there are no surprises and we all are ready to to simplify the procedure of movement in Europe", Reynders said.
At that, the official underlined that the requirement to hold the certificate should not be a trouble for those who have not completed the vaccination course yet. He admitted it's still possible to point out in the document whether the owner got vaccinated from Covid-19, recovered or received the negative test result.
