The investigation established that Korchak did not include the information about the car used by her on the declaration of the official for 2016. The mother of her husband bought the car in 2016 for $21,653; however, as of December 31, 2016, this property was constantly used by former NAPC official and her husband. Consequently, according to the law, this fact had to be mentioned in the 2016 declaration but she did not do it.
