Occupation Crimean authorities commented on detention of volunteer battalion member

Ukrainian authorities are trying to intensify sabotage in the occupied Crimea and using Crimean Tatars from battalion named after Noman Chelebidzhikhan for this purpose. This formation was also reported to have been created by one the organizers of energy blockade in Donbas. Zaur Smirnov, the member of "government", said in a commentary to Ria News.

"Kyiv authorities decided to take desperate action due to their powerlessness, actually authorizing sabotage in the occupied Crimea," he noted.

As it was reported earlier, border guards of the Russian Federation detained a member of volunteer formation while he was trying to enter the annexed Crimea.
