The government of North Korea assessed the yesterday’s ballistic missile launch as ‘successful’. South Korean news agency Yonhap News reported that on morning of May 22.
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un personally witnessed the launch, the news agency says.
According to Reuters, the UN Security Council will gather for a meeting tomorrow, May 23, to discuss the latest missile tests held in the North Korea. The meeting initiated by the U.S., Japan and the South Korea will be held behind closed doors.
