Normandy Four presidential counselors meet in Minsk today

Minsk is to host the meeting of the four presidential counselors from Ukraine, Russia, France and Germany – the Normandy Four member countries. BELTA, the Belarusian news agency, reported that quoting Dmitriy Mironchik, the press secretary of Belarusian foreign ministry.  

‘We confirm that such meeting is to take place. It will be closed for the press,’ he said.

Earlier, Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov announced this meeting; according to him, one of the major topics would be exchanging hostages in Donbas.
