Russian human rights envoy Tatyana Moskalkova has no information about any new agreements about the exchange of inmates between Russia and Ukraine. TASS quoted her as saying.

"As it usually goes, the beginning of the work to exchange citizens between the two states is a deal between two presidents. I know nothing about any such agreement. I only heard statements from President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky; there have been no signals from the other side so far", she said.

Previously, Ukraine's leader Volodymyr Zelensky claimed that Kyiv negotiates on the release of Ukrainians illegally held in Russia and in the occupied territory of Ukraine. "Two tracks, two lists. We have agreed on the list in Minsk, we will supplement the list of established persons. We will prepare this track, I mean, the exchange with the temporarily occupied territories. And (...) we have already started a conversation with the Russian Federation about the exchange of Ukrainians - all, including the Crimean Tatars, and other Ukrainians who are on the territory of Russia," Zelensky said.
