There will be no martial law in Ukraine in case of the invasion of Russian military forces. Mykhailo Podolyak, the Assistant Chairman of the Office of the President of Ukraine said so in the commentary for RBC-Ukraine

"Ukraine has been defending itself for a while now, without such a specific political and legal status as the martial law. And we don't think it's necessary to impose it now - even with the available information about the threatening military activity on the territory of Russia next to our borders", Podolyak said.
