The Office of President of Ukraine confirmed that their worker was detained by the NABU, National anti-corruption bureau. As we reported, Svitlana Kondzelya, the director of Department for Access to Public Information in the Presidential Office is accused of fraud. The Telegram channel of the President's Office reported that on Tuesday evening.

"Today (November 12, - 112 International), NABU workers detained the chief of a key department of the Office of President of Ukraine. She worked in different departments of Presidential Administration since 2005. There are no friends or foes for the head of the state. The corruption must be wiped out; the higher the corrupt official's post, the more dangerous his abuses are to the state", reads the message.

The National anti-corruption bureau (NABU) workers detained Svitlana Kondzelya, the Director of Department for Access to Public Information in the Presidential Office. The official is charged with fraud.

Ukrainska Pravda reported that with a reference to law enforcement agencies. According to the source, Kondzelya said she had solved all her problems by the means of her "contacts". Specifically, she asked USD 150,000 for the appointment of Deputy Head of the Board of Naftogaz Ukraine NJSC.
