Andriy Bohdan, the newly appointed Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine appeared at the studio of 112 Ukraine TV channel. He was the guest of The Pulse evening program on May 21.
Bohdan answered the questions of the hosts and other guests of the show. In particular, he revealed that Oleksandr Danyliuk was considered as possible new Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council; he disclosed the Administration's position regarding the amendments to the law about the parliamentary elections (possible cancelation of the majority system in the election), as well as cutting the gas prices for households, dissolution of the Parliament, the upcoming appointments, etc.
Bohdan stressed that the main directions of the president’s activities are tariffs and ending the war," and all our directions, about which you have heard from us many times."
In addition, he noted that in connection with the new appointment, he suspended his legal practice.
The Head of the Adminisration of the President commented on the dismissal of the Verkhovna Rada. According to the Bohdan, the decision to dissolve the Parliament absolutely complies with the constitution.
Earlier, Serhiy Shefir and Ivan Bakanov were listed among the most likely candidates for the Head of the Administration of the President.
