The parliamentary website reported this on Wednesday. In particular, the audience will listen to the report by Elliott Higgins, representative of Bellingcat, an independent agency focusing on investigations. As is known, it was the Bellingcat that conducted large-scale investigation of the MH17 tragedy. Another report will be presented by Maksymilian Czuperski, member of the Atlantic Council; he will focus on Russia’s military presence in Donbas.
The reports will be delivered shortly before the nationwide plebiscite, scheduled in the Netherlands for April 6. During the poll, the Dutch are to either support or decline the idea to ratify the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. If they vote “no”, the Dutch Government will respect their decision and it will not ratify the document, local MPs noted. For months, Ukraine and some of Dutch NGOs have been leading a large-scale campaign to promote Ukraine in the Netherlands.
