NATO will hold a summit on June 14 in Brussels. The summit will take place after the meeting of G7 leaders in the UK as Reuters reported.

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg specified that the summit aims to repair transatlantic ties with the U.S. amid tensions with Russia.

It is noted that U.S. American Joe Biden wishes to renew ties with NATO after four-year difficulties under Trump’s presidency.

"This is a unique opportunity to reinforce NATO as the enduring embodiment of the bond between Europe and North America," Stoltenberg said.

He specified that the summit will focus on the Russian aggression, the threat of terrorism, cyber attacks, emerging and disruptive technologies, the security impact of climate change, and the rise of China.

As we reported, Head of Ukraine’s President’s Office Andriy Yermak held a meeting with G7 Ambassadors. First of all, Andriy Yermak informed the diplomats about the security situation in Donbas and near the borders of Ukraine.
