The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) did not interrogate Oleg Gladkovsky, former First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC). This was stated by his lawyer Ruslan Volynets, Ukrainian News reports.
"He was not interrogated," the lawyer said, adding that Gladkovsky had not yet been informed of the suspicion.
As we reported earlier, Former First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleh Gladkovsky tried to leave the country, but he was detained by employees of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau. It was reported by 112.ua.
"Gladkovsky just tried to fly out of the country, but he was not allowed to. He went to a restaurant on the Boryspil highway, where the National Anti-Corruption Bureau detained him," the journalist said
The NABU confirmed the detention of the ex-first deputy of the NSDC secretary under suspicion in abuse of authority. "Investigative actions continue. Currently, it is all information we may announce considering the secrecy of the investigation. The details to be revealed later,” the bureau noted.
