Removed from the post of head of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov appealed the decision of Solomyansky District Court of Kyiv, which arrested him and set a pledge of 100 million hryvnia. This is reported by Ukrainian News citing one of his lawyers Igor Tcherezov.

"We already appealed," he said.

According to him, the complaint was filed to the Court of Appeal of Kyiv.

The lawyer said that Nasirov does not intend to make a pledge and this is not question at all at the moment.

Earlier Nasirov announced that the act of violence was committed against him. The official considers the fact that the provision of medical assistance for him during two days was made impossible a use of violence. At the same time, Nasirov added that he was unconscious when he was taken out of hospital, thus he couldn't answer the judge’s question regarding use of violence against him at that moment of time.
