‘The Ukrainian Parliament can pass the law about the ‘special status of Donbas’, but Ukraine won’t be fulfilling it before Russia starts to. Apparently, we’ve got to follow our own way, adhere to the Minsk agreements, so that the international community prolongs sanctions against Russia – political, diplomatic and economic pressure on the Kremlin’, Ukrainian MP Oleg Barna said.
