MP Anna Skorokhod, excluded from the Servant of the People Party, spoke about the threats from Head of the faction David Arakhamia when she did not support the bill #2178-10 on the launch of the land market as 112 Ukraine reported.
When she was asked whether it is the truth that Head of the Servant of the People Arakhamia talked to her after the voting, Skorokhod said:
“Yes. ‘Close your mouth’, ‘I told you not to put the amendments’, ‘Think what you do or we will outmatch you’ and similar stuff. Not only from David”.
Besides, Skorokhod said that she receives the phone calls with the threats from people who introduced themselves as the workers of the governance apparatus.
“They phoned me from time to time, introducing themselves to be from the apparatus and said that I vote not properly and I should think about my actions. Bohdan (President’s Office Head Andriy Bohdan, - 112.international) did not invite me. I have a thousand and one messages, including the threats. But I cannot say from whom they are as I do not know the phone numbers,” the MP concluded.
Earlier, it was reported that Ukrainian lawmakers Anna Skorokhod and Anton Polyakov have been excluded from Servant of the People parliamentary faction. The MPs themselves confirmed this information by talking to the press on November 15. The party claimed the lawmakers violated the agreement to vote along with the rest of their fellow MPs.
As is known, Skorokhod's exclusion was actively discussed in and beyond the Parliament. She herself said that her husband was detained in Ukraine because of her own political stance in terms of voting for the land market and gas transporting system in Ukraine.
Anton Polyakov earlier told the reporters that Chief of the Presidential Office Andriy Bohdan summoned him to his office, demanding to explain why the MP refused to vote for certain draft laws.
