Maryana Bezugla, the MP candidate from Servant of the People party (single-constituency district No.217) is reported to have bribed her campaigners. However, her staff does not recognize the fact of bribery. Lawyer Kyrylo Fesyk said so at the press conference on Thursday, July 18, as Pryamy TV channel reported.

"The candidate is rarely looking into these things; she has been meeting with voters a lot, and she has a lot of work. These issues [with payments to campaigners] are typical for every party... on that we agree. As for the video you refer to, these money amounts, 50 hryvnas [USD 2, - 112 International], they cannot be qualified as bribing voters", he said.
