Most of Ukrainians oppose opening land market, - survey

Only 19 percent of respondents support the initiative of President Volodymyr Zelensky and pro-presidential party Servant of the People

73 percent of respondents of the social survey by Rating Sociological Group stand against opening the land market in Ukraine. Another 19 percent support this idea, according to the survey results.

The poll results have been released on the group's official web page (Rating Group Ukraine).

The survey shows that only 13 percent of respondents supported the sale of agricultural lands to foreigners. 81 percent stood against it.

74 percent of those involved in the poll believe the decision about selling agricultural lands to Ukraine should be made via the all-Ukrainian referendum. 17 percent do not support this idea.
