The Donbas militants have withdrawn Grad multiple launch rocket systems beyond the lines of withdrawal of heavy weapons, the OSCE SMM report says.

According to information received from long-range unmanned aerial vehicles, 12 BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket systems are located in non-government-controlled territory of Ukraine in violation of the withdrawal line. Of these, 6 are located near Donetsk, 6 - near Luhansk.

"Grads" behind the lead line were discovered on April 19.

On Monday, April 19, the OSCE SMM recorded 165 violations of the ceasefire. In particular, 138 violations were recorded in the Donetsk direction. For example, in the Donetsk region, the SMM recorded 138 ceasefire violations, including 5 explosions (1 explosion in the air and 4 explosions of undetermined origin). In Luhansk region, the SMM recorded 27 ceasefire violations, including 6 explosions of undetermined origin.

As previously reported, NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov stated that the National Security and Defense Council monitors the situation in Donbas around the clock and prepares different scenarios for responding to the pulling of Russian troops to the borders of Ukraine.

At the same time, the international crisis group said that a Russian invasion of Ukraine is unlikely.
