Belarus is following the decisions that are being made in Ukraine on the issue of foreigners entering the country, as spokesperson of the Belarus MFA Dmitriy Mironchik said, according to the MFA press service.
According to him, “the Ukrainian partners haven’t officially informed of anything”.
“But we are expecting that such information will come in advance. The exchange of such information is provided for by the bilateral agreement on visa-free travels,” Mironchik noted.
Mironchik added they were ready to discuss the question with the Ukrainian counterparts, so that the citizens of both countries don't have problems during border crossing.
As it was reported earlier, Ukraine introduced a 3-stage border crossing procedure for citizens of countries that pose threat.
