Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is becoming more and more like a dictator, but, on the other hand, his ratings are falling lower and lower. This statement was made by the MEP Maximilian Krah.
"Now he is still elected, yes, and we have to wait until the next election. But even if you are an elected president, you have to accept the laws and the rules and the privilages of the opposition. What we see is we have a president and he is now becoming more and more, yes, like a dictator, but on the other hand, he's numbers in the polls are going deeper and deeper. So the less support he has in the population, the more he acts illegal and against the expression of people who have other opinions," Krah said.
"So it is a kind of a coud d'etat from the top against the institutions and against the Constitution. So it is now the question of all people in the justice system, in the parliament, in the other TV channels to see that their institutions and their Constitution is under threat from the top. And yes, defend the country and defend the Constitution, it's frightening," the MEP stressed.
