A meeting of advisers of the Normandy Four leaders is now set for November 13. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced this during a briefing on the occasion of new checkpoint opening.

"On November 13, a video conference of the advisers of the Normandy Four leaders will take place, at which all steps for the future will be discussed. We have only one future - the restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine and complete ceasefire in Donbas," Zelensky said.

As we reported earlier, president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron both called for holding Normandy Summit in the short term. The parties agreed on this during a telephone conversation.

"Emmanuel Macron supported his Ukrainian counterpart in the idea of holding the talks in the Normandy format in due course. He also praised Zelensky’s peace initiatives and Ukraine's efforts to demine territories in Donbas and disengage forces in the region. The French President assured that Ukraine can count on his determination to help end the war," the press service of the President's Office reports.
