"You know that recently, especially after the arrival of Zelensky’s team, there have been discussions, analytical materials, chaotic statements of the representatives of the authorities, but this is mostly lack of any experience and professionalism in this field, that the Minsk agreements need to be revised."

The team of President Volodymyr Zelensky does not understand that the only alternative to the Minsk agreements is losing Donbas. Viktor Medvedchuk, Ukrainian MP and the Chairman of the Political Council of the Opposition Platform - For Life Party said in his interview with 112 Ukraine, NewsOne, ZIK and Inter TV channels.

"You know that recently, especially after the arrival of Zelensky’s team, there have been discussions, analytical materials, chaotic statements of the representatives of the authorities, but this is mostly lack of any experience and professionalism in this field, that the Minsk agreements need to be revised. Changes must be introduced, their implementation must become possible, and many other similar versions, which I’m sure come from nowhere, but at the same time these people, I mean the new team of authorities of Mr. Zelensky do not understand that there are alternatives to the Minsk agreements (again, I’m talking about three documents - which are also stated in the Paris communiqué of October 9, 2019, by the way) - there can be only one alternative: losing Donbas for Ukraine. Losing people, citizens of Ukraine. This is what alternative may be, unfortunately," the parliamentarian explains.

As we reported, on January 23, Chairman of the Political Council of the Opposition Platform - For Life Party, MP Viktor Medvedchuk in Paris held a presentation of the Normandy Format Parliamentary Dimension, where he met with members of the French Senate, National Assembly and representatives of diplomatic and business circles of France. During his meeting with members of Bundestag, Medvedchuk discussed a “Parliamentary Dimension of the Normandy Format” with German MPs as well.
