Every law that the Verkhovna Rada of the new convocation will adopt in the coming days will be adopted in violation of the law on parliamentary rules. Victor Medvedchuk, MP from the Opposition Platform - For Life party said that.
"I can tell you that all the laws they will try to adopt today will be adopted, if that happens, in violation of the law on the regulation. Because the law on the parliamentary rules provides for a procedure for law consideration. There exist organizational problems, and they should be resolved," he said.
Medvedchuk also reminded of the legislative acts must be approved in the specialized committees.
"But all legislative acts, regardless of the way in which they can be adopted now, must pass the relevant committees, the necessary conclusions of these committees. This day, this night or even a weekend won't be enough for the laws to pass these institutions. Because the MPs have the right to submit their comments, express their opinions on this matter, make decisions in the committees, and then bring this issue to the meeting hall of the Verkhovna Rada. Therefore, the consideration of any bill, I will repeat it again - of any bill, in the Verkhovna Rada in plenary meetings today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, in these coming days, will be a violation of the law on parliamentary rules," the politician emphasized.
