Valeria Lutkovska, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights claimed that the majority of 1.5 million of the Ukrainians in Poland are labor migrants and the issue is not about the refugees as 112 broadcasted.

‘Both sides manipulate with the term. The issue is not only about the status provided to a person by a state but also about the fact that people came to Poland to work, live or relax. I would not tell about the refugees’, she said.

As we reported Mateusz Morawiecki, the Prime Minister of Poland claimed that his country accepted more than 1.5 million of the Ukrainians, including dozens of thousands displaced persons from Donbas during the last years. According to him, Poland attempted to reduce the tension in the migration sphere due to this.
