French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo came out on June 13 with a caricature devoted to the beginning of the 2018 World Cup on the cover page. The caricature is published with the announcement on their Twitter page.
The announcement says: "The World Cup in Russia: tragicomedy in Potemkin village". Putin focuses a cannon of the tank on the football goals in a picture with a caption "Go, Russians!"
As it was reported earlier, 2018 FIFA World Cup starts on June 14 and will last until July 15 in Moscow and in other cities. Robbie Williams, a British singer will perform at the opening ceremony. The Ukrainian fans have been informed of the danger of attending the event by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. Notwithstanding, the Ukrainian fans have purchased over 5000 tickets.
The Ukrainian team is not participating in the World Cup in Russia and in the next six months, it would avoid matches of national teams.
