"Approximately, the talks between Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelensky ended this way: suddenly and immediately. They, according to one of the witnesses of the event, could continue for as long as they wanted to and the negotiations were in full swing when Emmanuel Macron suddenly entered the negotiation room and said: ‘Okay, it is enough! Dinner time ... ‘ basically, he and Mrs. Merkel were tired of waiting for them at the table," the report said.
As we reported earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Russian President Vladimir Putin, French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel met on December 9 in Paris at the Normandy Summit.
French President Emmanuel Macron said the aides to Presidents and Foreign Ministers of the Normandy Four will prepare a new summit in four months.
"We now need to instruct the foreign ministers, as well as the Presidents' aides, to agree on political and dangerous conditions in order to complete all the prerequisites for the city elections in four months," Macron said.
